The Department of Business Administration at the university has concluded a three-day specialized academic workshop dedicated to the periodic review of the Bachelor of Business Administration program. The workshop was held as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance its academic offerings and improve the quality of learning outcomes in line with evolving academic standards and labor market demands.
The workshop formed part of the program’s self-study process, aiming to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its mission, objectives, and intended learning outcomes. Discussions also addressed graduate attributes and the current study plan, assessing their alignment with local and regional developments. The review falls within the university’s broader commitment to quality assurance, academic accreditation standards, and continuous curriculum development.
The event was attended by the Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Abdulqawi Noman, along with department heads, faculty members, and quality assurance committees. Participants presented a range of proposals and recommendations aimed at further strengthening the program’s academic standards and overall effectiveness.
