University Holds Workshop on Work Environment Analysis in Preparation for Automating Training Centers

    The University’s Cell of Systems and Information Technology, in cooperation with the Human Resources Department, organized a specialized workshop as part of ongoing preparations to analyze the work environment of training centers. The initiative comes within the framework of the University’s broader strategy to automate institutional processes and develop an integrated electronic system capable of meeting its academic and administrative needs.

    Held under the theme “Towards an Integrated Digital Work Environment,” the workshop was titled “Electronic Work Systems in Advisory and Training Centers.”

    In his opening remarks, the Director of the Human Resources Department, Engineer Walid Al-Jaour, expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the University’s staff across various administrative units. He emphasized that in-depth discussions and feedback drawn from different operational contexts play a vital role in developing smart electronic applications and systems that reflect the specific nature of academic, training, and consultancy environments, in line with the latest advances in data technology and information science.

    For his part, the Director of the Department of Systems and Information Technology, Engineer Ali Al-Attari, reviewed the progress achieved in developing the University’s electronic software infrastructure. He explained that the project is being implemented in multiple phases by a dedicated in-house programming team, noting that the systems developed to date are capable of accommodating the particular requirements of university operations. He further affirmed that the project is proceeding according to the approved plan.
