Al-Janad University Strengthens Academic Staff with New PhD and Master’s Degree Faculty Recruits

    As part of its strategic commitment to enhancing academic quality and advancing the efficiency of the teaching process, Al-Janad University for Science and Technology has begun receiving and reviewing applications for new faculty positions from candidates holding PhD and Master’s degrees.

    The university’s Human Resources Department reported receiving more than 152 applications, which were carefully screened in accordance with the university’s faculty regulations and HR policies to ensure compliance with academic criteria and the selection of the most qualified candidates.

    Shortlisted applicants who met the required standards proceeded to formal interviews, conducted under transparent selection procedures designed to ensure both fairness and competence.

    The appointment committee was chaired by Prof. Abdulqawi Noman, Dean of Academic Affairs, and included Prof. Samir Othman, Dean of the Center for Academic Development and Quality Assurance, faculty deans, and the Director of Human Resources.

    Committee members emphasized that this initiative reflects the university’s commitment to recruiting outstanding scholars with strong academic expertise and advanced teaching skills, in line with its vision for excellence in education and research.

    These efforts underline Al-Janad University’s dedication to cultivating a dynamic academic environment and consolidating its role as a leading higher education institution capable of delivering high-quality education and preparing well-qualified graduates across diverse disciplines.
