Department of Therapeutic Nutrition at Faculty of Medical Sciences held a scientific lecture today entitled “Mental Balance and Healthy Nutrition During Exams,” as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to support students’ mental and physical well-being during the final exam period of the second semester of the 2024–2025 academic year.
The lecture targeted first- and second-year students in the department, emphasizing the vital connection between balanced nutrition and mental health. It offered practical dietary tips aimed at improving concentration, reducing stress, and enhancing academic performance. The session also featured sample meal plans tailored for exam periods, along with advice on time management to balance studying, nutrition, and rest.
